Our Turkey and Tinsel break with a difference is All Inclusive, with a drinks package in the evenings, which includes house wine, beer and soft drinks. The Hotel in Drymen dates back to the late 1700’s and throughout history has offered lodging to weary travellers passing by Loch Lomond. Formerly the coaching inn, The Winnock has been lovingly restored and extended to its present form, with open log fires, a character restaurant and public bar.
Your busy schedule begins with a journey through Aberfoyle and over the Dukes Pass to Loch Katrine, this route is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Britain. Here you board our steamship for a cruise along the length of the Loch with “Carolling all the Way” to get you in the Christmas mood.
After a leisurely breakfast we travel to Stirling, a place full of history and at the heart of the old town is the medieval Castle. Walk the old streets for a spot of retail therapy, or venture into the shopping centre.

A prestigious 4 star Castle getaway in an enchanting Welsh Folly. This Victorian building in North Wales has set in beautifully maintained grounds, with views of Clywydian Hills. As with a Warners Hotel the facilities are varied and numerous. A heated indoor pool, with sauna and steam rooms. Fitness and spa centre, games rooms and cinema, which should cater for all types of patron.
Unique to this particular mid-week stay is the Variety Act, featuring Lascel Wood on a voyage through the sounds of Soul & Motown. Inspired by music of Wintney Houston, Stevie Wonder, Brian McKnight, with a tribute to Amy Winehouse. It’s a must-see evening of entertainment.
The Castle offers a wide choice of menu, with a different selection every evening and a separate menu for Vegan and Gluten Free patrons.

Another year, another mystery tour. Popular as ever with the more adventurous customers. Not knowing where you could end up is part of the experience, but we guarantee that you won’t be disappointed with the quality of service or the Hotel you will staying at.
Follow your compass north or south, as your driver will navigate a route to your destination without giving away any hints on where you will end up. Remember to pack for all eventualities, be it rain or shine, warm or cold. “Have and not need, not need and not have”.
The Hotel is somewhere between ‘Faulty Towers’ and The Savoy with its standard of service and facilities. It may have a pool, but whether it’s got water in it is another matter. No need for a passport.

The picturesque Georgian manor house of Holme Lacey is steeped in history, providing endless views of the magnificent Wye Valley. Set in 20 acres of lush gardens and all the usual Warners facilities. Outdoor activities include a fishing lake, tennis courts and a bowling green. An Indoor swimming pool, with Sauna and steam rooms complement the fitness, spa and beauty treatment rooms.
The mid-week entertainment is provided for by Lascel Wood with his Essentially Elton Caberat Show, inspired by Soul & Motown. Featuring the music of Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder, Mariah Carey and of course Elton John.
During your stay, you will be treated to a day out in Hereford, with time to explore this city. Hereford Cathedral which dates back to 1079 and contains the ‘Mappa Mundi’ a medieval map of the known world. Make time to visit ‘The Old House’, an historic black and white house in the centre of the city.

You start the holiday with a break en-route at Blakemere Craft Centre, a quirky set of units housing several antique dealers and a tearoom, arriving in Llandudno mid afternoon at The Kensington Hotel for 4 nights dinner, bed and breakfast. The evening meals you’ll be served during your stay will be traditional home cooking and a special treat from our hosts of a Bulgarian specialty.
Exciting day trips will include a walk around ‘The Marble Church’ at Bodelwyddan, followed by a few hours at St. Asaph Tweedmill. If it’s re-opened an opportunity to see The National Slate Museum in Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon or a visit to Caernafon. You will have a free day to wander Llandudno. Returning home there will be an opportunity to wander around Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks, a popular place to shop and eat at one of the many cafés and restaurants there.

Built as the control tower for the De Havilland airfield, the building was refurbished into the amazing hotel you see today. Named after the Comet plane, the hotel’s architectural design is known as Streamline Moderne, of the Art Deco style. After a multi-million pound refit, the Hotel has been refurbished for the modern age.
During your stay you will be treated to a visit to The De Havilland Aircraft Museum where walking through the numerous hangers, you will see vintage aircraft and witness restoration work in progress. This is followed by a guided tour of Hatfield House and Gardens with an afternoon tea. On Sunday you will take a short trip to The RAF Museum to see the extensive selection of Airplanes and military vehicles. Returning home you will make a comfort stop at Coventry, home of the famous Cathedral that was bombed during the war.

The family run Bedford Hotel offers excellent service and accommodation, situated centrally on the promenade offering stunning views of the seafront. It has modern comfy bedrooms all with walk in showers and a delicious food menu. Unfortunately, there is no accessibility or charging points for mobility scooters
Excursions during your stay will include a day at Quince Honey Farm discovering how honey is produced and visit the onsite Restaurant, followed by a stop in Barnstaple for few hours. You are booked onto a cruise along the River Exe to sample the stunning scenery, wildlife and nature of the Jurassic Coast and there will be free time to explore and enjoy Sidmouth itself.

Your base will be centrally situated Hilton Hotel at Heathrow Terminal 5, the Hotel offers a number of in-house facilities including a spa and fitness centre, all rooms are ensuite and soundproof!
Organised days out will include an 2-3 hour Audio Tour of Windsor Castle, the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world, walking through the Castle, Chapel and grounds, followed by a 40 minutes cruise on the River Thames from Windsor to Boveney Lock, and a full day admission to Hampton Court Palace to experience the public dramas and private lives of Henry VIII and his wives.
On Monday, you will travel to our destination via Oxford for a comfort stop and on Thursday, we return home with a stop in Stratford Upon Avon.

The Winnock Hotel is a short walk from the village or take a look at our fabulous in house range of old and rare malt whiskies in the Ptarmigan Bar. Breakfast is served each day in our Capercaillie Room. Our three course evening meal includes a choice of dishes followed by tea or coffee. In house entertainment is included on 2 nights (party outfit is optional).
Days out include, exploring the Trossachs with a 2 hour cruise along the length of Loch Katrine on Steam Ship SS Sir Walter Scott. A trip on Bo’Ness & Kinneal steam railway with afternoon tea onboard. A day exploring Loch Lomond with a stop at Lomond Shores for shopping followed by a 2 hour cruise on the Loch discovering its hidden Islands. A visit to Helix Park, home of The Kelpies, the largest equine sculpture in the world. This includes an exclusive look inside at their engineering and ingenuity.

Sunday 15th June 2025 to Saturday 21st June 2025
The plan for this holiday is that you have one night at the start and end of our tour in Mullingar near Dublin, and four nights at The Grand National Hotel, with Leisure Club and indoor 20m pool, situated a few minutes from Ballina, the largest town in Co Mayo. A point to consider is that most of the rooms have a shower over the bath.
During your journey from Mullingar there will be a visit to National Famine Museum at Strokestown, one day will be spent exploring the local area of County Mayo, with a guide, a day viewing Mayo’s magnificent scenery including the Claggan Mountain Coastal Trail and visit Ballycroy Visitor’s Centre. You travel to Foxford Woollen Mill, founded by an Irish Nun, before visiting the National Museum of Ireland. Our penultimate day you will journey back to Mullingar calling at Knock - the famous Irish Shrine. After breakfast we will make our way to Dublin for a short visit before the ferry home to Holyhead and then back to Biddulph. Passengers will need a Photo I.D., dates of birth and don’t forget your ‘Euros’.

Staying at The Grand Hotel on the promenade, only metres from the beach and The Grand Pier. An ideal location for a seaside holiday where you can get the benefit of the beach experience and the proximity to the town centre.
If you are feeling adventurous, then join us as we have a tour through the world famous Cheddar Gorge, at almost 400 feet deep and 3 miles long, its weather crags and pinnacles are considered some the most spectacular natural sights in England. Straight afterwards you will stop at Cheddar Gorge Cheese Company for a tour and tasting. Bringing you back into the 21st Century, there is a visit to Sheppy’s Cider Farm, Taunton for a behind the scenes looking into Cider making and possibly tasting and an opportunity to walk around Weston Super Mare.

Leaving Biddulph, you head towards Llangollen for a comfort stop en-route to our destination. This quiet Welsh town is a popular location to stretch your legs for an hour before heading on. Arriving in Llandudno late afternoon in time for the evening meal and after a stroll along the promenade.
On Saturday there is a planned excursion to Criccieth, driving though the breathtaking scenery of Snowdonia to reach our destination. The seaside resort is popular for its Castle, small shops and High Street Café’s. Sunday is a free day in the seaside resort to discover what Llandudno has to offer. Returning home on Monday will be via Wrexham for some last minute bargain hunting.

Our second visit, The Bedford Hotel offers excellent service and accommodation, situated centrally on the promenade. Unfortunately, there is no accessibility or charging points for mobility scooters. The hotel restaurant and Pyne’s Bar serve quality, home-cooked, locally sourced food and drink, perfectly located for anyone looking to discover South Devon & the Jurassic Coast.
You will have a day at Powderham Castle, which is a fortified Manor House situated in an ancient deer park. The Castle played a part in the ‘War of the Roses’ and ‘The English Civil Wars’. Admission to the new visitors’ centre at Dartington Crystal and see firsthand how glass is blown into shape at the studio furnace. Take the opportunity to explore The Museum of Somerset based at Taunton Castle, scene of a number historic battles and sieges. There will be a free day to wander around Sidmouth

The Mercure York Fairfield Manor Hotel is in the 6 acre gardens of the former St. Mary’s Abbey. Situated on the outskirts of the historic walled city and the banks of the River Ouse, making it an excellent base for the holiday. You will be taken directly into York on arrival for a day in the city, then transferred to the Hotel.
The holiday includes admission and a tour of Scampston Hall and Gardens, which were designed by Charles Bridgeman and ‘Capability’ Brown. A day out at the Scarborough Fair Collection, a magnificent working selection of vintage cars, steam engines, vintage fairground rides and the mighty Wurlitzer organ in the spacious ballroom. A trip to the seaside at Whitby for some sea air and sightseeing. Returning home you will be visiting the market town of Skipton.

The Radstone Hotel, Larkhall will provide half board for 1 night, but for the night of the Tattoo you will need to purchase your own dinner in Edinburgh. On your return, the Hotel has assured us that the Bar will remain open for those wanting a drink or night-cap.

A chance to explore the enchanted Isle with five days full of activities. Staying in Douglas at The Palace Hotel & Casino on the seafront, they offer several leisure facilities such as an indoor pool, gym and spa. Good food and drink are essential for any getaway and the Palace offers an excellent dining experience.
Our adventures include a journey on The Steam Railway travelling from Douglas to Port Erin, which is the longest narrow gauge steam line in Britain that still uses its original locomotives and carriages with time in Port Erin and Castletown. There will be to a guided tour of the Island with a local guide. A visit to Jurby Transport Museum, a small collection of vehicles housed inside RAF Bellman Aircraft Hanger. The York House Hotel is an elegant 3 star Victorian Hotel located along the famous seafront, close to the pier and short walk from the lovely town. Enjoy your evening meal at the restaurant and bar with beautiful views of the seafront. There will be an opportunity to enjoy the local area, with a free day to do as you please.
Excursions during the holiday will be a day out in Fabulous Brighton, with Royal Pavilion, Jubilee Clock Tower and there are about 250 small independent dining establishments to explore. A tour of the local area will take in the beautiful Beachy Head Cliffs, a comfort break in the village of Alfriston and if you’re lucky you can see the ‘Long Man of Wilmington’.

Your stay will be at the 4 star Redworth Hall Hotel and Spa, a stunning 17th century Jacobean Manor House, situated in the blissfully tranquil 26 acre grounds. Travelling to the Hotel you have a comfort stop in Haworth, which has a close association with the Bronte Sisters. There are several tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and antique shops to fill your time.
You have ‘superior’ seating for The Kynren – An Epic Tale of England. The 90 minute performance depicts vital moments in British history and myth spanning 2000 years from Boudicca’s battles with the Romans, the Viking invasion, the Tudors and through 2 World Wars. The cast and crew are all volunteers from the local area. After a leisurely breakfast make the short journey to the Cathedral City of Durham.

Travelling northward to Irvine and luxurious Riverside Lodge Hotel for 1 night, then over the Skye Bridge to the charming Dunollie Hotel. This hotel has no lift access to the lower ground floor for the restaurant, so patrons need to use the stairs. On Skye, enjoy an hour cruise on Seaprobe Altantis Glass bottom boat to see the seals and wildlife below the waves on Lochalsh. Voted ‘Best Wildlife Experience in the UK.’
Making your way to the third hotel will be on the ferry from Colintraive to Rhubodach to The Glenburn Hotel on the Isle of Bute, This historic building has a lift that serves all the bedrooms, but guests may encounter small flights of stairs (max of 6 steps) along the corridor, with a very limited number of step-in showers. Whilst on Bute enjoy the Mount Stuart House and Gardens, an architectural story from 1719 to the present, take in the sheer beauty of the building, then step inside to view the interior designs inspired by astrology, art and mythology. Finally on a ferry from Rothesay to Wemyss Bay and back home.

Wander around the grounds and then make a stop at the tearoom for a well deserved brew. Experience the sights and sounds of the working narrow gauge steam railway at Exbury Gardens. Unwind as you walk inbetween the outstanding natural habitats and keep an eye out for any of the local wildlife. All aboard for a land and sea special, travelling from Poole to Swanage by ferry and then onto Nordon by train, soaking in the sea air and the breath-taking landscape of the Dorset coast.

Starting your Autumn getaway there’s a stop at the Grosvenor Garden Centre. At this time of year there will an abundance of Christmas displays and decorations. Arriving at your destination of The Kensington Hotel on the promenade in time to change and then sit for the evening meal.
The Welsh mountains around Snowdon are at their Autumnal best with an array of colours befitting the time of year. You will be taken on a circular route through the mountains and valleys, having a comfort stop at Porthmadog. On Sunday you are transported over the Menai Straits to the beautiful seaside town of Beaumaris for the morning.
Returning home you will get time to enjoy Chester City Centre for last minute retail therapy and gift shopping, arriving back in Staffordshire mid-afternoon.

Returning to The Auckland Hotel for their ‘Mistletoe and Wine pre-Christmas Progamme.’ The weekend is everything Christmas with Carol singing, a traditional Christmas dinner and New Years Eve fancy dress. If you are on the nice list, then you could get a surprise visit from Santa.
En route to Morecombe you have a comfort stop at Oswaldtwistle Mill for time to explore the many outlet and craft shops. Over the weekend there is day trip to Fleetwood Market to browse the 200 stalls and The Infinity Retail Outlet for the modern shopping experience. On Sunday enjoy a scenic tour of the Lake District as you make your way to Windermere. One last opportunity to find the last-minute Christmas presents at the popular Bents Garden Centre on the way home, with its large Christmas displays.
December 2025

To start the holiday, you have an opportunity to see the Christmas displays at St. Asaph Tweedmill as you stop for a comfort break travelling to Llandudno. The Kensington Hotel will have theme meals and events during your stay, starting with Christmas Eve celebrations and ending with New Years Eve.
A planned excursion will be a half a day out into Conway, the walled town and with its dominating castle constructed by Edward 1st of England. A special treat will be a guided tour of Bangor Cathedral, describing its great history and where Aled Jones began his singing career. There will be a free day in Llandudno, the largest seaside resort in Wales. Coming home there will be a stop at Moreton Park Garden Centre
