Travelling northward to Irvine and luxurious Riverside Lodge Hotel for 1 night, then over the Skye Bridge to the charming Dunollie Hotel. This hotel has no lift access to the lower ground floor for the restaurant, so patrons need to use the stairs. On Skye, enjoy an hour cruise on Seaprobe Altantis Glass bottom boat to see the seals and wildlife below the waves on Lochalsh. Voted ‘Best Wildlife Experience in the UK.’
Making your way to the third hotel will be on the ferry from Colintraive to Rhubodach to The Glenburn Hotel on the Isle of Bute, This historic building has a lift that serves all the bedrooms, but guests may encounter small flights of stairs (max of 6 steps) along the corridor, with a very limited number of step-in showers. Whilst on Bute enjoy the Mount Stuart House and Gardens, an architectural story from 1719 to the present, take in the sheer beauty of the building, then step inside to view the interior designs inspired by astrology, art and mythology. Finally on a ferry from Rothesay to Wemyss Bay and back home.
